This notice describes the current site, email correspondence and owner-adopted handling guidelines. Applicable operator and privacy disclosure requirements remain subject to qualified review.
Browsing and content delivery
The application itself does not create a reader account, newsletter subscription, or reader database. Hostinger hosts this site and provides its CDN. Delivery and security services may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and access logs. Provider-controlled logs and backups do not follow the owner's email review schedule. Their exact retention and access arrangements have not been independently verified here.
Published content is read from Sanity. Your browser may connect to Sanity’s image CDN when a page uses an uploaded image; some images can instead pass through this site's image service. Local diagrams are served by this application. Search uses published content without an application search-history database, but the request URL contains search terms that hosting and CDN services may process. Avoid putting sensitive information in a search.
Contact
The contact form validates the fields and asks your email app to open a draft to contact@aitechbench.online. You choose whether to send it through your email provider. The website does not send the message, receive form submissions or confirm email delivery.
The public mailbox contact@aitechbench.online uses Hostinger Mail. The publication owner personally manages it and handles editorial corrections, business inquiries and privacy/data requests. Your email provider and Hostinger Mail process correspondence, including your email address and the information you choose to provide. Avoid sending sensitive information.
Email handling guidelines
The owner has adopted manual guidelines: daily inbox review, monthly review of spam and unnecessary correspondence, and review of ordinary resolved correspondence after approximately 90 days to delete material no longer needed. Monthly resolved-message reviews identify correspondence due for this review. Unresolved matters and contractual, financial or legally necessary records may need longer retention for an appropriate documented period.
These guidelines do not promise a fixed response or deletion deadline, imply automated cleanup, or establish that historical deletions have occurred. They do not control provider-managed logs or backups.
Optional analytics and third-party content
Google Analytics is not currently configured. If enabled later with a valid measurement ID, its scripts load only after you choose to allow analytics for that visit. Declining loads no analytics scripts. Allowing analytics can transmit usage and device data to Google and can set analytics cookies. Resetting the choice reloads the page and prevents new analytics loading until you consent again; existing Google cookies may need to be cleared in your browser.
There is no AdSense code in this phase. Google Search Console verification uses a metadata value and does not add a browser analytics script. Video blocks for YouTube and Vimeo load a player only after you choose to load it. Loading a player or following a video link connects to that provider, which can process request and viewing information.
Your choices and launch review
Use browser settings to control cookies and third-party requests. You can send privacy questions and data requests to contact@aitechbench.online using the contact page; the publication owner reviews them directly. The legal rights applicable to a request depend on its circumstances and relevant law. The absence of optional analytics does not establish that hosting or security services perform no request processing or use no operational storage.
Any legally required public operator disclosures, applicable privacy rights and provider-processing arrangements remain subject to qualified review. Requirements depend on the publication's activities, audience and relevant jurisdictions; an editorial pen name alone does not settle them. Review this notice before publication, an indexing release, or enabling analytics, advertising, a delivery backend or another service. This notice does not claim completed legal review.
